Welcome to GGDMA — operated by GGDMA (“GGDMA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, accessing, or using any product or service from www.ggdma.store you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. General Overview

GGDMA provides digital software designed for use with DMA (Direct Memory Access) hardware platforms. These products are intended strictly for private, educational, and analytical use. All software offered is provided as-is, without guarantee of compatibility, uptime, or functionality across all systems.

By purchasing or activating a license key, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Account Verification & Discord Access

Access to support and updates requires linking your GGDMA account with our official Discord server. Verification is handled through our secure Discord bot system (VaultCord). This process associates your Discord user with your order to ensure proper access and license management.

Failure to verify your account may result in limited or revoked access to support or product updates.

3. Software License

When you purchase a product from GGDMA, you are purchasing a non-transferable, revocable license to use the software under the following conditions:

  • You may not redistribute, resell, modify, or reverse-engineer any GGDMA product.

  • Licenses are tied to your specific account and may not be shared.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or revoke licenses at our discretion for suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final.
GGDMA does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a license key has been delivered, activated, or otherwise made accessible.

In rare cases where a key is proven defective prior to activation, our support team may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement key after review.

5. Software Updates & Availability

Software updates and maintenance are provided on an ongoing basis. Access to updates requires an active, verified account.
We do not guarantee continuous operation or compatibility following game patches, firmware updates, or third-party security changes.

GGDMA may suspend or discontinue specific products at any time without prior notice.

6. Support & Communication

Official support is provided exclusively through our Discord server.
Support is handled by ticket within Discord, and only verified users are eligible for product assistance or license management.

We do not provide live chat, phone support, or email-based technical assistance outside of this channel.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share, sell, or leak any portion of GGDMA software or documentation.

  • Attempt to bypass licensing, authentication, or DRM protections.

  • Misrepresent yourself as a representative, partner, or affiliate of GGDMA.

  • Engage in fraudulent or chargeback activity.

Violations may result in permanent license termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

GGDMA LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for:

  • Damages caused by misuse, incompatibility, or third-party enforcement actions.

  • Account restrictions, bans, or losses resulting from use of our software.

  • Interruptions, bugs, or downtime related to product maintenance or updates.

Our total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected product.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and branding associated with GGDMA are the exclusive property of GGDMA.
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or derivative works are strictly prohibited.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license or account access at any time, with or without notice, for behavior deemed to violate these Terms, compromise product integrity, or threaten the community.
