Our products are digital software licenses intended for use with DMA (Direct Memory Access) hardware. Because of the nature of these products, all sales are final once a license key has been issued or activated.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the instant delivery and digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances once a product key has been delivered or redeemed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. License Activation

A license is considered delivered once your order confirmation and activation key have been sent. Once the key is delivered, it is non-reversible and cannot be refunded — even if:

  • You did not use or activate the key.

  • Your system or DMA device is incompatible.

  • A third-party update or patch affects product functionality.

  • Your game account, DMA hardware, or related software becomes restricted or banned.

We strongly encourage verifying your DMA hardware compatibility before purchasing.

3. Limited Replacements

In the rare event of a defective or non-functional key prior to activation, our team may issue a replacement key at our discretion after confirming the issue through support.

Replacement requests must:

  • Be submitted through our official Discord support server.

  • Include your order ID, email, and error details.

  • Be filed within 72 hours of purchase.

Replacements are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Chargebacks & Fraud

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a completed order is considered fraudulent activity and may result in:

  • Permanent suspension of your account and license.

  • Legal action and reporting to payment processors for abuse.

If you believe there was a billing error, please contact support first — we are happy to review legitimate disputes.
